- Radka Davidova Review added: 2018.02.23★ ★ ★ ★ ★Having suffered with lower backache for some years now on and off I was recommended RSC Sports Therapy by a friend who also suffered backache. Roy the therapist was very professional and friendly. He specialises in muscles and as he called it referred pain.
He explaining what potentially caused my backache and how to prevent a reoccurrence. The treatment consisted of an initial assessment of my movements to identify what actions caused pain or discomfort followed by a deep tissue massage and finally some stretching exercises. He also advised me on some stretching and strengthening exercises I can do at home to help prevent a reoccurrence.
What was also refreshing to hear is that Roy did not ask me to book 6 follow up sessions which I have experienced in the past. Roy suggested I see how my backache felt over the next few days before I booked further appointments.
Did the appointment work.. definately.. my backache has gone and I am back to my normal self and not constantly worrying about doing something that will trigger my backache.
I would happily recommended RSC Sports therapy.
