- Sharon Wills Review added: 2018.09.08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely unprofessional in my experience. Initial calls are always answered quickly and the receptionists talk a good game, but you rarely get a call back. E-mails go unanswered. Mr Martin gives all the right re-assurances when you speak to him directly, even giving me his direct dial a few weeks ago. The very next time I get an issue, the number is no longer in service! The general number has today rung out twice.... I am wondering if they have ceased trading?
